摘要
分析上海市规划和国土资源信息化建设所面临的问题背后的深层次原因,指出下一步破解信息化建设中的难题,加快推进信息化建设,要明确规划和国土资源系统信息化目标定位。在此基础上,提出推进规划和国土资源信息化建设的主要措施。
Based on the analysis of the deep-seated reasons behind the information problems of the Shanghai municipal planning and land resources,the positioning and construction of the information are treated as important issues in this paper.The main measures to promote the information construction of Planning and Land Resources are suggested.
