摘要
上海浦东新区一直面临着"产强城弱"、"有区无城"的问题。公共中心应作为完善浦东新区城市功能、促进产城融合的重要手段。在借鉴国际大都市公共中心发展经验的基础上,梳理浦东新区公共中心体系存在的突出问题,提出相应的发展与规划策略,主要包括完善等级体系、优化空间布局、提升功能定位三个方面,同时也对高等级公共中心的选址方法进行了探讨。
Pudong New Area has always faced with the problem of lack of urban function.Public center should be an important measure to improve this situation.On the basis of home and abroad case studies,the article analyzes the current problems,puts forward several planning strategies which mainly includes the improvement of public center system and spatial arrangement as well as the function.Otherwise,the article also discusses the method of location of senior public center.
