大都市近郊区城市功能转型与交通发展互动关系研究——以上海市宝山区为例

AStudy on the Interactive Relationship between the Function Transformation of Metropolitan Suburb and Transportation Development——A Case Study of Shanghai Baoshan District

大都市郊区的城市功能转型与交通发展有着密切的关系。以上海市宝山区为例,以大量翔实的数据为支撑,实证研究了从1988年到2011年交通发展与城市功能转型的互动演化过程,从城市功能转变、交通系统发挥作用、政府政策行动和应对举措入手,深入探讨了宝山区从港口工业城市向"宜居城市"转型的动力机制,为当前我国城市化发展背景下广泛展开的大都市近郊区转型提供借鉴。

The function transformation of metropolitan suburb and transportation development are interrelated.This paper takes Baoshan as an example,supported by a large number of accurate and detailed data.It empirically studies the interactive developing process of transportation development and the function transformation from 1988 to 2011.Starting from the urban function transformation,the effect of traffic system and the government policies and response measures,the dynamic mechanism of Baoshan＇s transformation from an industrial port city to a livable city is deeply discussed.Thus,under the background of urbanization development,the paper provides a reference for the function transformation of metropolitan suburb extensively promoted.
