Study on Development of Small Towns in the Suburb of Metropolitan Area on the Basis of the Increase and Decrease in City Construction Land——A Case Study of Waigang Town

从理论研究和现状调研出发,以嘉定区外冈镇为例,针对上海郊区小城镇城乡建设用地增减挂钩政策的运用等方面作相关课题研究,力图探索区域大统筹时代的小城镇城市化发展道路。

Based on the theoretical research and the survey of current situations,with Waigang Town as a case,this paper examines the application of the policy of linking the increase in land used for urban development with the decrease in land used for rural development.The article analyzes the development of small towns under the background of urban-rural integration.
