断肢保存的研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON PRESERVATION OF SEVERED LIMBS

目的 明确肢体离断后如何保存能延长再植时限。方法 综述了近年来国内外有关断肢保存的研究 ,提示断肢再植时限主要取决于骨骼肌损伤程度。结果 改变断肢所处的环境能减轻骨骼肌的损害。结论 断肢经合理保存后可以延长再植时限。

Objective\ To define how to preserve the severed limbs to prolong the period of replantation.Methods\ The original articles about preservation of severed limbs in recent years were reviewed, it was suggested that the period of replantation was determined by the injury of skeletal muscle.Results\ When the enviroment of severed limbs was changed, the injures of skeletal muscle could be decreased. Conclusion\ After the severed limbs are reasonably preserved, the period of replantation may be prolonged.
