基于转型诉求的准格尔旗大路新区文化生态旅游空间建构研究

A Study on Cultural and Eco-Tourism Space Composition of Dalu New District in Zhunge’er County Based on the Demand of Upgrading

内蒙古准格尔旗煤作为炭资源型城市近年来发展势头迅猛,在城市建设中突出了以煤炭资源延伸的产业布局特征,但随着人居环境意识的不断提高,发展宜居城市的目标和诉求愈加强烈。准格尔大路新区的发展一方面要承接城市空间的功能性拓展,同时必须承载脆弱生态环境区的生态安全功能和环境品质提升功能。本文通过对准格尔旗城市发展所面临生态修复、功能拓展和文化旅游产业发展的转型需求和问题分析,研究准格尔旗大路新区空间拓展和文化生态旅游空间建构,通过分析准格尔旗当地的生态本底、文化积淀及产业发展的基础条件和优势,以发展诉求为导向,提出基于生态空间、文化特色及旅游产业空间优化整合的空间规划和建设发展思路,从城市空间建构的视角透视基于城市产业发展的空间转型模式和路径。

Zhunge＇ er of Inner Mongolia has developed fast recently as a city featured by abundant coal resource, the layout pattern of the city is determined by the expansion of the coal industry. As the environmental awareness developed, the demand of building a city that is suitable for living is desperate. The development of Dalu new district on one hand bears the destiny of continuing with the functional expansion, while on the other hand fulfilling the security of vulnerable ecological environment and the quality of environment. The article analyzed the ecological recovery, functional expansion, the need of industrial shift of cultural and tourism industry of the district. After analyzing the ecological condition of Zhunger＇ er County, cultural accumulation and the basic condition and advantages of industries, the article endeavored to inspect the transformation model and path of urban industries, from the view of composition of urban space, in order to propose a new methodology that combine ecological space, cultural characteristics and the optimization of tourism space.
