囊胚培养在体外受精和胚胎移植周期中的应用

The Application of Blastocyst Culture in IVF-ET

目的 建立囊胚培养系统以提高人胚胎的种植率。方法 进行了 12个治疗周期的囊胚培养 ,在受精后进行胚胎体外培养至第 5天 ,达囊胚期后移植。结果 共取卵 177只 ,受精率6 7% ,囊胚形成率为 42 % ,囊胚种植率为 14% ,并获 3例临床妊娠。结论 囊胚培养为进一步提高临床成功率和开展种植前遗传学诊断创造条件 ,具有十分重要的应用前景。

Objective In order to improve embryo implantation rate,we set up human blastocyst culture system and applied it in clinical treatment cycles.Methods Blastocyst culture of 12 cycles were done.After being fertilized,embryos were cultured for five days.Then blastocysts were transferred into the uterus.Results One hundred seventy seven oocytes were retrieved.Fertilization rate was 67%,blastocyst rate was 42%, and blastocyst implantation rate was 14%.Three pregnancies were obtained.Conclusion The application of blastocyst culture technique in IVF can improve clinical pregnancy rate and benefit preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
