多普勒超声检测动脉栓子的实验研究

An experimental study on detection of arterial emboli using Doppler ultrasound

目的 为了观察多普勒超声检测动脉气泡及固体栓子的可能性。方法 采用 2MHz脉冲波多普勒探头在兔腹主动脉检测由左肾动脉输入的气泡栓子和兔全血凝块栓子。结果 不管是气泡栓子还是全血凝块栓子在多普勒频谱图上均产生相似的高强度短暂信号。结论 多普勒超声能够检测动脉血流中气泡和固体栓子 ,但不能区分是气泡栓子还是固体栓子。

Objective This study was designed to test the ability of Doppler ultrasound to detect arterial air and solid emboli.Methods A pulsed 2 MHz Doppler probe was used to detect the air and clotted whole blood emboli which were introduced into the rabbit aorta via the left renal artery.Results Both the air and the emboli induced similar high intensity transient signals(HITS)in Doppler spectrum.Conclusion Doppler ultrasound can detect the arterial air and solid emboli,but can not distinguish air from solid emboli based on HITS of Doppler spectrum.
