摘要 人工心脏在近半个世纪的研制过程中 ,血泵的材质、结构、制作工艺、功能和使用寿命均有显著改进 ,出现了气动、电动、电液压等不同驱动方式 ,所产生的血流也更接近生理心脏。最新的微型血泵还可植入主动脉内 ,通过促进局部血流而达到辅助整体循环的效果。人工心脏的控制系统也达到了智能化。迄今已有各种特性和功能的血泵先后研制成功。目前全人工心脏和心室辅助装置均已进入临床应用。既可作为心脏移植的过渡又可用于心衰病人的长期辅助以便自体心脏恢复功能。大量试验研究证实了人工心脏的安全性和有效性。总之 ,随着人工心脏的功能完善将在临床中产生重要的应用价值。 The blood pump of artificial heart is significantly improved in material ,struction,producing process,function and life time with pneumatic ,electro and electro hydraulic driving modes.The pumping flow is closer to the blood flow of the physiological heart.The newly developed microblood pump can be implanted in aorta,enhanced the local blood flow to assist the all circulation of the body.The controll system for artificial heart is intelligent.Now blood pumps with varied characters and functions were developed successfully.In moment the TAH and VAN were already in clinical use for bridge to heart tansplantation as well as for permanent support of heart failure patients,to promote cardiac recovery.The results of many trials have proved the safety and effectiveness of the artificial heart .All in all with improvement of function the artifical heart will have a great value in clinical use.
