本文基于笔者三个超高层住宅项目设计经验,从客户定位、体量控制、单元平面、结构经济性以及建筑施工图设计中常见问题等方面记录备忘,以期为相关设计人员提供参考,进行交流。

Based on author＇s design experience in three high-rise apartment projects, the article provides a memorandum on customer target, building volume control, unit plan design, economic structure, and frequent issues in the design of construction documentation as a reference and exchange for the designers.
