Na^+/H^+交换阻滞剂改善心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的机制 被引量:2

摘要 研究表明,心肌细胞膜上存在着Na^+/H^+交换系统,而Na^+/H^+交换阻滞剂具有抗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的作用。其作用机制主要通过维持细胞内Na^+平衡而抑制Ca^(2+)超载,防止再灌注时pH反常以及减少能量消耗等。
