摘要
研究了He-Ne和CO2激光对灯盏花种子的影响。采用激光照射灯盏花种子,然后用紫外光谱和高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析种子的提取物。结果表明,激光照射能影响灯盏花种子中的化学成份,且短时间的照射比长时间照射要显著,CO2激光比He-Ne激光显著。种子中的灯盏乙素在用CO2激光照射0.5min的种子中含量高于其他条件。激光能影响灯盏花种子中的化学成份,因此对灯盏花的繁育生长能有所帮助。
This paper studies the laser′s effect on the seed of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand.-Mazz.The He-Ne laser and CO2 laser are used as the lamp-house to irradiate the seed,and the changes of the compounds in the seed are detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results show that the laser can influence the compounds in the seed.The influence of the short irradiated time is more obvious than the long irradiated time,and the effect of CO2 laser is more obvious than He-Ne laser.The content of scutellarin is higher than others when using CO2 laser for 0.5 min.So the Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand.-Mazz.may produce breeding by laser.
