从窟野河“89·7”洪水看神府东胜煤田开发对水土流失和入黄泥沙的影响 被引量:5

摘要 1989年7月21日,内蒙古伊克昭盟一带骤降暴雨,中心位于东胜市西北的青达门,雨量186mm,使窟野河发生了一场较大洪水,正在建设中的神府东胜煤田遭受了严重的洪水灾害,同时也对这一地区的水土流失和入黄泥沙带来较大影响。调查研究表明,因煤田开发使本次洪水增沙20~30%,而且颗粒变粗,推移质泥沙增多。本文对搞好矿区环境保护、流域综合治理以及开展观测研究工作,提出了一些建议。 A heavy rain took place in area of Yikezhao League of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on July 21 1989 with its center at Xidamen, northwest of Dongsheng City in an amount of 186 mm. The Strom led to a flood of Kuyie River,and brought serious flood disaster to Shen Fu and Dongsheng coal mining area which was still under development, and also greatly influenced the soil loss and sediment load entering the Yellow River. The investigation indicated that sediment load in the flood event had increased by 20%~ 30% and there were evidences indicating that the sediment was coarser and more bed load took place during the flood.Some proposals are put forward for the protection of environment in the mining area, watershed control and field studies.
