环境因素对过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型制备的影响

摘要 目的:探讨环境因素对过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)大鼠模型制备的影响。方法:将16只SD雄性大鼠随机分为普通环境组与屏障环境组各8例,采用相同的卵白蛋白造模方法,观察激发后AR大鼠的症状,进行两组间症状积分比较。结果:普通环境组与屏障环境组症状积分分别为:3.91±1.29,2.34±0.48,两组比较差异P<0.05;普通环境组喷嚏症状积分、清涕症状积分、造模成功率与屏障环境组比较P<0.05;普通环境组鼻痒症状积分与环境屏障组比较P>0.05。结论:环境因素是提高AR模型制备成功率的关键因素,普通环境中AR模型成模率显著优于屏障环境组。 Objective: To investigate the effect of environmental factors on the preparation of rat model with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods: 16 male SD rats were randomly divided into the ordinary environmental group and barrier environment group(n=8).The same modeling method of ovalbumin was used to investigate symptoms of AR rats after stimulation and compare the symptoms between the two groups.Results: The symptom scores of the ordinary environmental group and the barrier environment group were: 3.91±1.29,2.34±0.48,the difference between the two groups was P0.05.The sneezing symptom scores,clear nasal symptom score,the success rate of modeling of the ordinary environment group were different from those of the barrier environment group(P0.05);the nasal itching symptom scores of the ordinary environment group were different from those of the environmental barriers group(P0.05).Conclusion: The environmental factors are the key factors to improve the success rate of the preparation of AR models.The success rate of AR models in the ordinary environment group was significantly better than that of the barrier environment group.
