摘要
筒状桅杆在船舶上应用广泛,其形式多为外围加筋板和内隔板结构。文中以有限元方法对多种模型进行强度计算,探讨了影响筒形桅杆强度设计的一些因素,通过使用加强筋来加固桅杆的强度,得到各种结构形式的应力和重量,并通过计算对比获得最佳方案。计算结果与理论分析的一致性,证实该方法对提高桅杆设计中的合理性有一定参考意义。
Tubular mast has been used extensively on warships,the structure of which strengthened by reinforced steel in external wainscot and clapboard in internal mast.This paper calculates the strength of various models through FEM,and discusses the factors that affect the design of the strength for tubular mast.The optimized scheme is obtained by the comparison of calculations of the stress and weight of various structures.The consistency of the results with the theory analyses proves that this method can provide references for the improvement of the reliability of the mast design.
