摘要
汽车张紧器的动态性能检测是汽车链式传动系统设计和加工过程中的关键技术之一,本文主要介绍了该质量检测系统的设计过程。文章首先对该系统的结构进行了分析,在此基础之上相应设计硬件和软件,最终通过上位机监控软件实现该系统的监控。
The dynamic performance testing of auto tensioner is one of the key technologies in the automotive chain drive system design and processing. This paper mainly describes the design process for the quality detection system. Firstly it analyses structure of the system, and on this basis, designs the appropriate hardware and software. Ultimately, with monitoring software, the host computer can monitor all the detection system
