基于双机械端口电机的混合动力汽车试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 双机械端口电机(DMPM)是一种具有2个机械端口和2个电气端口新型电机。基于该种电机的混合动力汽车能够实现电力无级调速,已成为混合动力汽车研究领域中的一个热点。对永磁性双机械端口电机(PM-DMPM)的能量传递原理进行分析,并应用其对发动机的转矩进行标定,给出标定的试验结果,完成了基于PM-DMPM的混合动力汽车转矩输出特性试验,完成了基于PM-DMPM的混动力汽车的整车试验。试验内容包括停车发电、纯电动行驶、启停发动机、混合动力驱动等完整的车辆行驶工况。整车经过国家交通部试验场的百公里加速和30%标准坡道的试验,达到试验要求。 The Dual Mechanical Ports Machine (DMPM) is a novel motor with two mechanical ports and two electrical ports. The Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) based on such machine is becoming the research hotspot because it can achieve Electric Variable Transmission. This paper analyzed the energy transference principle of Permanent Magnet type Dual Mechanical Ports Machine (PM-DMPM) which is used to calibrate the engine torque, and obtained the expected experiment results. Then the paper accomplished the characteristics experiment of torque output for HEV based on PM-DMPM and the vehicle driving cycle test of HEV based on PM-DMPM. The experiments include generating electricity when parking, pure electric driving, starting-stopping engine and hybrid driving. The vehicle power performance test meets the experimental requirement of the Proving Ground of the Ministry of Transport, i.e., the test of 0- 100 km/h acceleration time and the test of 30% standard slope.
