摘要
对动力总成声功率的整车上测试方法进行了试验研究,给出了完成动力总成声功率的整车上测试所必须的零部件改造和声学处理的内容和方法,并给出了各工况下合适背景噪声的判据及其修正方法,实现了半消声室环境下在底盘测功机上的动力总成声功率的整车上测试,并根据测试数据给出了发动机的部分声学件对动力总成整体声功率的贡献量。
In this paper, an experimental study on the powertrain sound power test in a car was presented. The necessary parts retrofits and acoustic treatments for the powertrain sound power test in the car were listed. The criteria and correction method of the appropriate background noise level for the powertrain sound power level test in the car were discussed. The powertrain sound power tests in the car were achieved in the semi-anechoic chassis dynamometer. Based on the test results, the acoustic component contributions for the powertrain sound power levels were given.
