摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,对现阶段我国社会体育指导员的教师信念与专业素养状况进行调查分析研究,结果表明不同特征社会体育指导员的教师信念与专业素养个别存在显著性差异,并且两者呈正向关系。
Through using the method of literature review, expert interview and questionnaire, this paper makes study on current situation of teacher beliefs and professional attainments of mass sports instructors in China. The result shows that there are significant individual differences and correlations between teacher beliefs and profes- sional attainments of mass sports instructors because of different characteristics.
