高校公共体育开设体育保健学课程的研究

Study on Opening Health Care in Physical Education Coursein Universities

通过文献资料法和问卷调查法,对高校公共体育开设体育保健学课程进行研究,提出在高校公共体育课开设体育保健学课程的思路,旨在使学生在医学知识基础上,加深对体育的理解,促进学生掌握体育保健知识,从而使他们走上社会后能够进行科学的自我健身和对全民健身提供科学指导,真正形成预防为主治疗为辅的全民健康意识。

Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper makes study on opening health care in physical education course in universities, pats forward the way and suggestions. The main purpose is to deeply understand the physical education, master health care knowledge based on the medical knowledge, and provide scientific guidance for carrying out scientific bodybuilding and fitness when walking into the society, truly form the prevention therapy supplemented by the people＇s health consciousness.
