体育高考有效备考策略的实证研究

Empirical Study on Effective Tactics of Sports College Entrance Examination

伴随着社会生产力快速发展,人们逐渐认识到丰富多彩的体育活动在维护人类身心方面所发挥着重要作用。表现在学校中,则是对学校中体育活动的日益重视以及高考中体育分数的体现。本文通过实证研究的相关方法,结合自己的体育实践活动,谈谈体育高考的有效备考策略,一方面是为了更加科学有效的促进我国基础教育阶段体育课堂教学的实效性,另一方面为了更好的提高学生在高考之中体育成绩。

With the rapid development of social productive forces, people gradually realize that the rich and col- orful sports activities play an important role in the maintenance of human physical and mental health. In the school, the school sports activities are got attention increasingly, and reflection of college entrance examination. This paper, through the related empirical research methods, combined with its own teaching practice, talks about the effective tactics of sports college entrance examination, for a more scientific and effective promotion of China~ basic education stage of sports teaching effect, on the other hand, in order to improve the student＇ s sports a- chievement in the college entrance examination.
