运动损伤预防干预训练研究进展

摘要 在许多发达国家,运动损伤给国家健康计划带来负担。采取适当训练干预措施,进行损伤预防是首要目标。目前,已有证据表明平衡能力训练计划和多组合训练干预计划能够有效预防青少年和成年运动员的下肢损伤,特别是膝关节和踝关节的损伤。后继研究应该关注平衡能力训练/多组合训练干预计划生理机制,促进项目的细化和以机制为基础的应用研究,发现专项项目的最佳的损伤预防训练干预计划。 Sports injuries constitute a major public health burden in many developed countries. In view of appro- priate intervention strategies, the prevention of injuries must be considered a primary goal. There is evidence that balance training or multifaeeted training programs might be effective in preventing lower limb injuries (especially those of the knee and ankle joint) among adolescent and young adult athletes. Further research should also con- centrate on physiological mechanisms of balance training/muhifaceted training to promote a more differentiated and mechanism - based application and to identify the most effective training components for preventing injuries in specific sports and populations.
