摘要
为了厘清忍冬科12属的演化顺序,依据形态学比较、化学成分分析、染色体形态及数目、叶绿体DNAtrnL-F序列分析、核糖体DNA ITS序列测定以及遗传距离的大小,讨论了忍冬科(Caprifoliaceae)12个属的系统演化,并且提出将12个属重新划分成3个族,以及接骨木属(Sambucus)和荚蒾属(Viburnum)独立成科的建议.
To clarify the evolution of the order of 12 Genera in the Caprifoliaceae,the systematic evolution of Caprifoliaceous plants in 12 genera was discussed based on comparison in morphology,analysis in chemical composition,form and number of chromosome,analysis in sequence of chloroplast DNA trnL-F,measurement of ribosomal DNA ITS sequence,as well as hereditary distance.Furthermore,it suggests that the 12 genera should be divided into 3 groups,while Sambucus and Viburnum become new separated families.
