摘要
行动研究既是师资教育的有效方法,又是教师进行自我提高和发展的捷径。为提高非师范专业新英语教师的课堂管理能力,本次研究通过行动研究干预其课堂管理,采用微格教学、调查问卷、课堂观察、录像、访谈、教学日志等方式收集数据。数据分析结果表明,行动研究有助于改善教师的课堂管理状况,提高教师的课堂管理能力,尤其有助于培养非师范专业新教师的课堂管理能力。
Action research is not only an effective way of teacher education, but also a quicker way of teachers' professional development. In order to improve the ability of classroom management of a new teacher of non-teacher major, an action research was conducted to intervene in her classroom management activities, in which research methods of micro-class teaching, questionnaire, classroom observation, video record, interview and teaching diary were adopted to collect data. According to the data analyses, action research can improve the situations of classroom management, and facilitate the ability of teachers' classroom management, especially that of a new teacher of non-teacher major.
