摘要
本文首先分析CT机盖板试制出现的缺陷,针对原模具一次侧抽芯进行受力分析,证明了抽芯力过大引起了产品变形缺陷;据此提出二次抽芯的改进方案,并通过受力分析证明了改进方案的可行性。
This article first analyzes the CT cover defects appeared in the original trial, once the mold side core-pulling force analysis, proved that the core pulling force caused by the oversize product deformation defects; puts forward two core pulling improvement program, and through analyzing the force proved the feasibility of the improved methods.
