关于增强高职院校音乐专业学生创新意识与实践能力问题的思考

On the Enhancement of Music Majors' Innovation Awareness and their Practice Capacity in Vocational Colleges

当前,高职院校音乐专业在培养学生创新意识与实践能力方面虽取得了一些成效,但也还存在硬件设施滞后,课程设置不够合理等问题。因此,必须积极寻求对策,如积极优化教学环境、切实加强创新型师资队伍建设、积极提升教学技能和科研教学水平、积极开展实践活动等,以进一步增强学生的创新意识与实践能力,为社会培养创新型音乐人才。

Although vocational college music majors have made some achievements in cultivating students~ innovative consciousness and practice ability,there are still some problems existing, such as hardware facilities lag, the curriculum is not reasonable enough. Accordingly, the following specific measures and suggestions are put forward, actively optimize the teaching environment, strengthen the construction of innovative teachers, upgrade the level of teachers~ teaching skills and research, and ac- tively develop practical activities ,which can further enhance the students ~ innovation and practical abili- ty, and develop the innovative musical talents for the society.
