On the Management of the Stomatology Technology Laboratory

口腔医学技术是一门以实验为基础的学科,实验课是学生对理论知识的巩固和动手操作能力的培养过程。通过实验教学,学生可以掌握基本操作技能,为后期实习与工作打下良好基础。实验室是进行实验教学、培养学生动手能力、创造性思维和职业道德的场所。充分发挥实验室资源,有序地、保质保量地完成实验教学任务是我们实验室管理人员的职责。因此,加强口腔医学技术实验室教学管理,是保障实验教学质量和提高学生动手能力的有效方式。

Stomatology technology is a laboratory-based subject, and experimental courses are the training process for students＇ theoretical knowledge consolidation and hands-on ability cultivation. Through ex- periments teaching, students can master the basic skills and make a good foundation for the post-lay in- ternship and vocations. Experimental teaching laboratory is the place to develop students＇ operation a- bility, creative thinking and occupation moral. The lab manager is responsible for using laboratory re- sources fully and orderly to complete the experimental teaching task with high quality. Therefore, to en- hance the management of stomatology technology lab is an effective way to protect the quality of teach- ing and improve students~ operation abilities.
