基质金属蛋白酶与呼吸系统疾病 被引量:2

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是一类结构类似,均含金属离子的蛋白酶的总称,它在细胞外基质的降解和组织重塑中发挥关键作用,基质金属蛋白酶基因的表达与生长因子和细胞因子密切相关。它在呼吸系统多种疾病的发生中发挥关键作用,已成为各种炎症损伤和肿瘤转移的研究热点。
