On The Booster-role of the Higher Vocational Education in Talent Strategy in Hunan Province

对于湖南省而言，高技能型人才既是高职学院教学科研队伍建设的战略重点，又是实施人才强省战略的重点。因此，高职院校要结合湖南省实施人才强省战略的具体目标以及对人才提出的新要求，清醒地认识到高职教育肩负的新任务，实施人才强校战略，充分发挥高职教育在人才强省战略中的助推器作用。

A highly skilled personnel is the strategic foe us of implementation of talent strategy in Hunan province as well as that of vocational college teaching and research team building. Therefore, vocational colleges should combine with the specific objectives of talent strategy in Hunan Province and the new requirements for quali- fied personnel, should clearly recognize the new tasks of vocational education. And they are supposed to implement the talent Strategy in colleges, giving full play to the booster effect of the higher vocational education.
