摘要
高职物流管理专业人才培养目标是以就业为导向,培养技能型、应用型的专门人才,以适应我国物流市场人才的需求。在实现这一目标过程中,"工学结合"培养模式被广泛采用,但由于各地区物流发展不平衡,不同地区物流企业的规模、结构各不相同,在推行"工学交替"实践教学过程中存在一些客观问题,本文围绕高职物流管理专业的特点,全面探讨专业实践教学过程中的存在问题及改革对策,以实现学生职业能力与企业岗位要求之间"无缝"对接。
Vocational training objective of logistics management professionals is employment-oriented,skills-based and application-oriented to meet the needs of China's logistics market.In the process of achieving this goal,the training model of "combining work and learning" has been widely used,but because of the uneven development of logistics companies in different parts,difference in scale and structure,some objective problems appear,such as work-and-learning time allocation,contact between schools and enterprises,teachers team,textbooks system and other issues.This paper focuses on vocational education characteristics of logistics management,exploring the professional practice problems in the teaching process and reform measures in order to realize the combination between students' professional competence and the requirements of enterprises.
