摘要
采用高温固相反应法合成了含Eu2+的硼酸盐蓝色荧光粉,测量了该荧光粉的真空紫外(VUV)及紫外(UV)激发光谱和相应的发射光谱.研究结果表明,在真空紫外和紫外光激发下Eu2+离子在该基质均呈现f→d的宽带跃迁,其峰值位于437nm和467nm处,分别对应于基质中Ba2+和Ca2+格位上的Eu2+离子.在真空紫外区域160nm和200nm附近,有两个弱的窄带,来自于基质里BO33-基团和Ca-O的吸收.基质和激活离子之间存在着能量传递.
The blue fluorescence powder of borate containing Eu^2+ was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction and was investigated by photoluminescent excitation and emission spectra in vacuum ultraviolet (VUV)--ultraviolet (UV) range. The emission spectra of Eu^2+ under VUV and UV consist of two broad bands peaking at 437 and 467 nm respectively, which are associated with the f→d transitions of Eu^2+ in the sites of Ba^2+and Ca^2+. Two weak peaks in VUV range are observed at 160 and 200 nm. The former is derived from the absorption of BO3^3-, and the latter is associated with the absorption of Ca-O. The energy transfer from the host to the activator ap-pears in present case.
