Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Social Sports Instructors in Henan Province

文章通过对河南省社会体育指导员的全方位调查研究,提出快速有效的发展策略,同时也为我省社会体育指导员队伍的建设与发展提供参考依据,希望能为"十二五"期间的社会体育发展提供服务。

This article,through the comprehensive investigation and study of social sports instructors in Henan Province,puts forward the rapid and effective development strategy,at the same time provides the reference for the building and development of our provincial social sports instructors and hope to provide services for the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period of the social sports development.
