环丙沙星残留对土壤细菌数量及耐药性的影响

Effects of Ciprofloxacin on the Numbers and Resistance of Bacteria Isolated from Soil

摘要 为了解环丙沙星在环境中残留对土壤细菌的影响,在环丙沙星作用于土壤后第35天,对纯培养法分离的土壤细菌进行了计数,并对土壤细菌进行了抗菌药物敏感性试验。结果表明,添加药物组的细菌总数均低于对照组,且药物浓度越高,细菌数量越少;在供试的20种抗菌药中,环丙沙星敏感菌对其中的12种药物的敏感性与环丙沙星耐药菌差异不显著(P>0.05)。 The experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of ciprofloxacin(CIP) on number and resistance of bacteria isolated from soil.After the soils were treated with CIP for 35 days,bacteria isolated from soil samples by culturing on isolation media were counted,and the antimicrobial susceptibilities of soil bacteria were examined to study the effect of CIP on soil bacteria.The results showed that the counts of soil bacteria were different among 6 treatment groups.The total bacteria counts of treated groups were less than those of CK,and they were decreased with the increasing concentration of CIP in soil.The susceptibilities of CIP-sensitive bacteria to 12 kinds of antimicrobial agents among 20 kinds of antimicrobial agents were not significantly distinguished from that of CIP-resistant bacteria(P0.05).
