可吸收棒内固定治疗成人桡骨小头骨折

目的研究可吸收棒治疗成人桡骨小头骨折的疗效。方法自2009年3月～2011年3月采用可吸收棒(百优,Biofix)内固定治疗MassonII型及部分III型成人桡骨小头骨折22例。结果所有病例随访6～12个月(平均8个月)。按Mayo肘关节功能评分,优16例,良4例,一般2例,优良率90.9%。结论可吸收棒内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折MasonII型及部分III型骨折,疗效满意,是一种比较有效的手术方法。

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of capitulum radii fracture of adult with absorbable rods.Methods From March 2009 to March 2011,22 adult cases with capitulum radii fracture,which included type II and several type III according to the Masson classification,were treated by absorbable rods（Biofix products）.Results All cases were followed up 6 months to 12 months（an average of 8 months）.According to Mayo elbow function standard,the results were excellent in 16 cases,good in 4 cases,fair in 2 cases;the total excellent and good rate was 90.9%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with absorbable rods is an effective method for Mason type II and several Mason type III capitulum radii fracture of adult.
