茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效观察

目的新生儿病理性黄疸是一种较为常见的新生儿疾病,如果不及时治疗,可能会影响孩子的生长发育,甚至日常生活,采用蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸,并且配合茵栀黄颗粒是为了更好更快地治好新生儿病理性黄疸,为新生儿患者减轻病痛。方法将新生儿患者100例分成2组,观察组50例,采用蓝光照射治疗,并加以茵栀黄颗粒辅助;对照组50例,其中再次分开,25例仅采用茵栀黄颗粒治疗,另外25例仅采用蓝光照射治疗。然后观察2组患儿黄疸体征及症状消失的时间。结果观察组新生儿患者黄疸体征消失早于对照组。结论蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸加以茵栀黄颗粒的辅助能够更快更好地治疗新生儿病理性黄疸。

Objective Pathological jaundice of newborn is one kind of common neonatal diseases,if not treated in time,will affect the child＇s growth and development,and even in daily life,with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,and combined with Yinzhihuang particles in order to better and faster cure the pathological neonatal jaundice,neonatal patients to reduce pain.Methods The neonatal patients admitted to our hospital 100 cases into 2 groups,the observation group and the control group,the observation group of 50 cases,using a blue light irradiation,and Yinzhihuang particles auxiliary;control group equally for 50 cases,among them apart again,only 25 cases of using Yinzhihuang granules in treatment,in addition in 25 cases only with blue light irradiation.Then in 2 groups were observed in children with jaundice signs and symptoms disappear with time.Results The observation group of patients with neonatal jaundice symptoms disappeared earlier than that in the control group.Conclusion Blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice to Yinzhihuang particles auxiliary can be faster and better treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.
