内镜下止血夹治疗消化性溃疡出血疗效观察

目的探讨内窥镜下止血夹治疗Forrest分级为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级消化性溃疡出血的止血疗效。方法两组患者的内科治疗程度一样的情况下,止血夹组的患者进行内镜下止血夹的对应治疗,注射组患者进行内镜下局部注射的对应治疗。结果两组及时止血率同样为100%,止血夹组48h之内的出血复发率为2%(有1名患者发生再次出血情况),注射组48h之内的出血复发率为16%(有8名患者发生再次出血情况)。故两组的初次止血成功率有明显差异,该差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下止血夹对治疗溃疡性出血有明显效果。并具有止血快速,简单易行,安全的特点。

Objective To investigate the endoscopic hemoclips treatment Forrest classification hemostatic efficacy of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ grade III level peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods Two groups of patients with medical treatment as hemoclips group of patients,endoscopic hemoclips corresponding treatment,injections in patients for endoscopic local injection of the corresponding treatment.Results Both groups to stop the bleeding rate is the same as 100%,hemoclips group within 48 hours of recurrent bleeding rate of 2%（1 in patients with re-bleeding）,bleeding within 48 hours of the injection group the recurrence rate was 16%（8 patients with bleeding again）.Therefore,initial hemostatic success rate in both groups were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Endoscopic hemoclips have a demonstrable effect on the treatment of ulcerative bleeding.And has to stop bleeding fast,easy,secure bit.
