阴道分娩和剖宫产对产后压力性尿失禁影响分析

目的分析和探讨阴道分娩和剖宫产对产后压力性尿失禁的影响。方法产妇100例,其中49例产妇为阴道分娩、51例产妇为剖宫产。上述产妇于产后4～12周进行复查,并接受问卷调查,对阴道分娩及剖宫产手术的具体情况加以了解。结果经阴道分娩的产妇在产后出现压力性尿失禁的比例为22.45%,而经剖宫产分娩的产妇产后压力型尿失禁的比例仅为9.8%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论产后发生压力性尿失禁的主要原因是阴道分娩对产妇盆底肌肉及神经造成的损害,在临床中应引起重视。

Objective To analyze and explore the vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery on postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods Maternity department of 100 cases,49 cases of maternal vaginal delivery,51 cases of maternal cesarean section.These mothers 12 weeks postpartum review and accept the questionnaire,vaginal delivery and cesarean section to be understood.Results The proportion of vaginal delivery,maternal postpartum stress urinary incontinence was 22.45%,while the proportion of cesarean delivery,maternal postpartum stress urinary incontinence only 9.8%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Postpartum stress urinary incontinence occurs mainly due to vaginal delivery on the maternal pelvic floor muscles and nerves caused by damage to clinical attention should be paid.
