通心络胶囊对麻醉犬脑血管的影响

A study of Tongxinluo capsule effects in anaesthetized dog cerebrovascular

目的 观察通心络胶囊对麻醉犬脑血管的影响。方法 将 1 6只犬随机分为 4组 ,空白对照组给等量生理盐水 ,通心络小剂量组给通心络胶囊 0 .36g/kg,通心络大剂量组给通心络胶囊 0 .72 g/kg,及阳性药华佗再造丸组给华佗再造丸 1 .0 g/kg,4组均麻醉后十二指肠给药。采用电磁流量计法测定脑血流量 ,采用股动脉插管法测定血压。结果 通心络胶囊 (0 .36、0 .72 g/kg)可增加麻醉犬脑血管流量 ,降低脑血管阻力 ,对血压、心率无明显影响。

Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on anaesthetized dog cerebrovascular. Methods 1 6dogs were randomly allocated to four groups. In control group (n =4) physiological solution was administered duodenally.In other three groups a small dose of Tongxinluo capsule,a large dose of Tongxinluo capsule and Huatuozaizaowan were administered respectively.Blood flow of arteria carotis interna was detected by electricmagnetic flowmeter, blood pressure was measured by transfemoral artery intubation.Results Tongxinluo capsule can increase the circulating of cerebrovascular,and reduce resistance of dog cerebrovascular. Conclusions The study provided an evidence that Tongxinluo capsule to treat cerebrovascular disease.
