摘要
文章通过分析高技术投资项目的特点,将项目周期划分为论证阶段、研发阶段、市场化阶段和成熟阶段四个阶段,并分析了各阶段的主要项目风险。将属性层次分析法应用到风险评估工作中,该方法具有较高的可操作性,为该类问题的有效解决提供了一个新的思路。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the high-tech project,the project cycle is divided into demonstration phase,research phase,market-oriented phase and mature phase,and the characteristics of the different phase is further researched.AHM method is introduced into the evaluation of the risk of the high-tech project which is of good maneuverability and provides an effective way for the resolution of the similar problem.
