With the full development of the computer technology and the constant improvement of the level of Chinese education informationization,the implementation of transacting without paper and networking becomes hot spots that has been concerned and researched by IT community.This article elaborates the process of developing and designing the management information system for the division registration of town house land with the JSP technology.
