摘要
作为智能电网基础之一,基地站建设的开展,一方面解决了一线运行人员结构性缺员问题,另一方面也引入了新模式下的安全运行风险。为了提高基地站运行模式下,运行工作的效率,可靠度及维护系统安全稳定运行,就不得不建立起一套行之有效的技术支持系统。基地站技术支持系统,应包括辅助设施自动化、站区门禁电子化、现场标识系统化、设备巡查遥视化、故障预警智能化、决策支持在线化,即开展基地站"六化"建设。其中后两项多依托集控中心,前者多侧重站端。
It seems the only solution should be developing unattended substations and centralized control center,in order to solve the situation of the staff shortage in the substation and problems about operation management of the substation.In this paper,the construction strategy of unattended substation construction is presented,and several technical innovation principles for unattended substations construction are proposed based on the study and construction experience of Tianjin Weiguodao Unattended Substation project.It is pointed out that as a key part of intelligent gird,the construction,operation,and management of unattended substations should be considered as an integrated systematic engineering project which needs systematic planning and step-by-step implementation.
