Digital image edge detection is very important in actual application.This article introduced several edge detection operators in the digital image processing,used these types of operators to conduct edge detection to the medical image,and compared the pros and cons of a variety of edge detection operators.It is important to select the appropriate operator to determine the size,location and other information of lesion.
