从基础、实践、工程素质和创新能力等四个层面进行了较为深入的改革和探索,构建起满足工程素质和创新能力培养的理论教学体系和实践教学体系,形成了工程素质和创新能力培养六要素的人才培养模式。

In this paper,we reform and explore the four-layer training mode of foundation,practice,engineering quality and innovation ability,establish the theory teaching system and practice teaching system to meet the demand of training the engineering quality and innovative ability of students,and form the talent training model with six factors of engineering quality and innovative ability.
