摘要 目的:以动态血压监测手段评价轻至中度原发性高血压患者服用福辛普利的降压作用。方法:患者每天服福辛普利10mg,4周为一疗程。结果:福辛普利对收缩压和舒张压及负荷值均有明显降低作用,昼夜降压效果相似,不影响原有昼夜节律,降压作用的谷峰比值,收缩压和舒张压分别为60.7%和67.5%。副反应轻微。结论:福辛普利是安全有效且服用方便的降压药物。 OBJECTIVE: Evaluate the antihypertensive effect of Fosinopril on patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. METHODS: Twenty-three patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were given Fosinopril 10 mg daily for 4 weeks and ambulatory blood pressure was monitored before and after 4 weeks' drug administration. RESULTS: Fosinopril was effective in lowering systolic and diastolic pressure as well as their load values. It lowered both day and night blood pressure with similar degree but did not affect the original day-night rhythm. The resulted trough-peak ratios were 60. 7% and 67. 5% for SBP and DBF respectively. Only minimal side effect were observed. CONCLUSION: Fosinopril is safe and effective antihypertensive drug which is easy to use.
