摘要
本人依据管理学中的绩效评估理论与动机理论,以西安外国语大学为例,对高校助学金发放中存在的问题及应对思路、模式、与策略等进行了探讨,尤其对提高贫困生认定工作的效度提出了相关看法和建议。
Based on the performance evaluation theory and motivation theory,the present essay,taking Xi'an International Studies University as an example,aims to analyze the problems in the distribution of financial aids and to explore possible solutions,models and strategies to improve working effectiveness and efficiency.
