摘要
文章从满足软件外包市场需求的角度,结合西安工业大学软件工程专业课程建设的总体思路,以"对日软件工程师实验班"的建设和发展为基础,提出面向服务外包的软件工程人才培养方案。
Approached from the perspective of the market need for software outsourcing,this paper puts forward a personnel training mode to service outsourcing after taking account of the course construction of the School of Computer Science and Engineering of Xi＇an Technological University and taking the development and construction of the ＂experimental class for the software engineer towards Japan＂ as its basis.
