摘要 自1973年美国哈佛大学教授Mcclelland第一次提出胜任能力这个概念以来,胜任能力模型的研究一直是国内外学者研究的热点问题之一。本文总结了国内外学者关于胜任能力模型的研究成果,并分析了胜任能力模型未来的发展趋势。 Since 1973 the professor Mcclelland who come from the United States Harvard University,first put forward the concept of competence,the competence model is one of the hot issues researched by the domestic and overseas scholars.This paper summarizes the research results of competence model researched by the domestic and overseas scholars,and analyzes the future trend of development of the competence model.
