摘要
随着我国经济社会转型升级,以及新一代科学技术的快速发展,价值工程正面临着理论与应用的双重挑战。如何抓住历史的机遇与挑战,在新时期重塑价值工程的理论系统,推进我国价值工程的发展?这是当下价值工程理论界、企业界十分关注的问题,2010年11月13日,以此为主题的第四届两岸i地价值工程会议在浙江大学隆重举行。此次会议由中国技术经济研究会价值工程专业委员会主办、浙江大学管理学院承办、浙江省技术经济和管理现代化研究会协办。
Customer innovation has become a part of the enterprise innovation no matter in the individual consumption market, or enterprise and organization consumption market. The importance of customer innovation has gotten the attention of the business community and academia. This article sorts out and summarizes the impact of customer innovation on firm performance based on enterprise level, and then analyses the problems of the existing customer innovation management. Finally, the paper proposes optimization tactics of customer innovation management.
