本文从价值工程的角度出发,对大学口语课堂的组织和管理进行了功能分析,并探讨了提高大学口语课堂价值的途径,使教学成本不变,价值提高,教学效果更佳。

From the perspective of value engineering,this paper made a functional analysis on organization and management of college oral English classroom,and the approaches to improving the value of college oral English classroom was discussed.Keeping the teaching costs constant and increasing the value,the teaching effect is better.
