循环经济价值链的运行机制研究分析

随着经济的发展,人们不断索取自然资源,造成了环境的破坏,影响了我们的生存环境。为了减少对环境的伤害,达到人与自然和谐发展的目的,循环经济应运而生,并已在一些企业和园区推行。而价值链是循环经济发展的载体和基础,如何理解和构造循环经济价值链成为制约循环经济发展的一个瓶颈。本文对循环经济价值链的内涵与运行机制作简单分析,并在理论层面上解释了循环经济价值链运行机制,包括其形成机制、传导机制以及工作机制,为推动循环经济的发展,实现社会效益、经济效益以及环境效益的多赢贡献一份力量。

With the development of the economy,natural resources are extorted constantly by people,which cause the damage to the environment,affect our environment.In order to reduce the harm to the environment,achieve harmony with nature,circular economy comes into being,and it is implemented in a number of businesses and distriparks.The value chain is the carrier and the basis of the development of circular economy,and how to understand and construct value chain of circular economy has become a bottleneck restricting the development of circular economy.In this paper,connotation and operating mechanism of value chain of circular economy was analyzed,and its operating mechanisms,including the formation mechanism,transmission mechanism and working mechanism,were explained at the theoretical level,which can make a contribution to promoting the development of circular economy and realizing all-win situation of social benefits and economic benefits and environmental benefits.
